Hope all is well with everyone and you are ready for holiday celebrations.
There have been some white barrels floating around the lake this Fall. One appeared at our end of the lake in late October. I had a resident contact me yesterday that one has floated up onto her shoreline. As I was walking today, I spotted another at Griffin Beach. They are the type of barrels you would use for floating a raft. I have attached a couple of photos. You may have to download the photos to see them.. If anyone has any thoughts on who they might belong to or where they are coming from, please contact me.
As we get ready to turn the calendar to a new year, don’t forget the WLA photo calendar is still available for sale. We have had pretty good sales so far. WLA members captured some beautiful photos this year. The calendar is a way for you to enjoy some lake beauty year round.
