The cold temperatures of this past week have solidified the ice lake wide and a few fishermen have braved the cold to venture out on it. We will see what this week brings as above freezing temps, a little snow and some rain are in the forecast. Typical for this winter.
Deb Parker is chairing the WLA 50th Anniversary committee and asked me to pass along this message from them:
I hope everyone is healthy and ready for the new year. The Webster Lake Assoc. 50th committee has been hard at work getting things started.
One item we would like to do is a Cookbook/Photo Book. We are asking that if you would like to get a recipe(s), photo(s) or both in to the book please submit by March 1, 2024. You may submit has many as you would like. The recipe should have a one line on why this is special to you, i.e. Family party on the 4th, My grandmother recipe, etc. The photos should also have a brief description, date, location, etc.
I have attached a form for the recipes to be submitted on. You can email both the recipes and photos to Deb@hindsdesigns.net or Mail at Deb Parker 220 Lake Shore Drive, Franklin, NH 03235Photos can be jpeg or PDF, whichever works for you.
